In 5 weeks....

She will be getting married!

My little sister (holding our youngest nephew)!!

My baby sister got engaged this weekend-- an event we had been anxiously anticipating. However, she and her soon-to-be hubby are going to be teaching in Honduras this fall and must be there the beginning of August. Which means we decided last night, we are planning for a July 17th wedding. Originally the date was going to be July 24th, but my husband is already a groomsman in another wedding that day, so we had to make it even sooner! It has been a stressful few days, wondering if it was the proper thing for my husband to bow out of his cousin's wedding, or for us to be at 2 separate weddings that day. UGH. But, instead we figured, why not plan it in 5 weeks instead of 6! Whew! Right now we are praying that the pastor will be available on the 17th. So that will be the first 2 months of my summer.

After all the wedding talk late into the night last evening, I spend this morning crying in bed thinking of how my little sister is getting married. I am a sap.
